The client wanted a "friendlier" version of this tattoo for their charity logo.
He wanted a rose, the number 65, the colors from the atchley chiropractic centers logo, and a little 'm' included in it.
This was the finished logo design AND, Though he did not ask for it, i provided an icon logo as well. the client was very satisfied with the logo.

prior to me designing the logo, they had someone else have a go at it and they were not satisfied. When i sent them these logos he said, "...Then you come in with these and they are LEGENDARY!"
